🗨️ Missing order, tracking says delivered?
🗬 Oops, looks like something’s missing from your order— sorry about that! We’ll check in with our Warehouse to make sure everything’s good on their end and confirm what’s on the shelf. While we sort it out, could you help us out by sending:
• A picture of the item you got with its packaging and your packing list showing the order and/or tracking number
• The name of the missing item
• Your order number
If the item’s in stock, we’ll get a replacement headed your way. If not, no worries— we’ll set you up with a refund or a credit voucher. Hang tight, and we’ll update you as soon as we can!
🗨️ Can we still cancel order after shipping?

Once we’ve reviewed the case, we’ll email you to let you know if the refund is approved or not.
If approved, we’ll provide the return address, but just a heads-up—the return shipping cost is on you. Exceptions apply for accidental orders, where we’re not responsible, and refunds aren’t offered. Thanks for understanding!
